Law Office of Jeffrey R. Ramberg
My practice is a transactional intellectual property law practice, meaning that I focus on obtaining patents, trademarks and copyrights rather than litigate them. While most of my practice is on the patent side, I am familiar with registering copyrights and I have obtained federal trademark registrations.
I have been an attorney for 12 years, and a patent agent for 5 years prior to that. In addition to my law degree (Widener University, 1995) have bachelor’s and master’s degrees in ceramic engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now know as Missouri University of Science & Technology) in 1982 and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1986, and associates degrees in chemistry and bioscience from Delaware Technical and Community College in 2003.
During my patent attorney career, I have worked on patent applications in the field of composite materials (especially metal-ceramic composites), steel compositions, biomaterials, surgical devices, nanomaterials, photochemistry, and consumer household articles.
